The number and dimensions of images used in the design are actively reduced, and all images have a purpose which clearly communicates useful information to the user.

Introduction

Images are one of the biggest sources of data storage and transfer, and therefore emissions. Where images are not vital, remove them. Therefore, stock imagery should not be used.

  • Illustrations have been used instead of high-res imagery of their projects.
